We hear a lot about the importance of the right mindset. There’s no question that your perception of life shapes how you feel about it and how you engage with it.  Sometimes it is valuable to be focused and to have an attitude of possibility. Sometimes the most useful thing we can do is to actually quieten the mind, relax and let it be.

Here is my short 4 minute video… its followed here by a few questions for you to gently sit with. The answers are not important…they are aimed at simply creating a little space, freedom.

  1. Is your mind set – or is it fluid and flexible?
  2. Are you open minded?  This enables fresh insights seep in and are stale ideas falling away
  3. Have you made up your mind – or have others packed and programmed it for you?
  4. Are you in the right frame of mind?   Does your mind need a frame?
  5. Are you at peace with your mind – and is your mind at peace?
  6. Of all the knowledge you have what can you 100% prove and verify yourself first hand?
  7. Who are the most contented people you know and what makes them so?

Once you’ve sat with these questions I invite you to sit in silence for a few minutes. It is this  space, stillness and silence that is most precious.
