What? Open Heart Surgery – a special ‘audience with’ talk and question & answer with me. It will include light meditation, reflection, contemplation, conversation, self-discovery, healing, accepting and appreciating.
Where? The Institute of Eductation (Elvin Hall), 20 Bedford Way, London WC1 (see map)
Why? We have busy lives and busy minds and often spend to little time connecting at the heart. The challenges we face personally, professionally and economically can not be resolved by the mind alone – but with the heart.
