  • Full day coaching: up to 5 people having a 1 hour one-to-one individual session
  • Half day coaching: up to 3 people having a 1 hour one-to-one individual session
  • Stand-alone coaching: is available – typically for senior executives or for critical situations.

  • Nursing Times Award 2016 – Team of The Year Award: Barts NHS Trusts Diversity & Inclusion team won this award for its Women & BME Career Development Programme. Rasheed was commissioned by my previous employer to hold Career Development courses. Prior to starting the course, I was confused and was unable to map out a 1 year plan, let alone a 5-year plan. After the first session I was became more self-aware of my skills, learnt to credit them instead of being so negative and I also changed my approach to job searching. Rather than look at specific jobs in various sectors, I become more open to jobs that fit criteria that was important to me. His sessions changed my mindset about looking for jobs and I later realised I was in the career path I needed to be in! After the second session I was able to write a 10-year plan!
