Yesterday I was up and out very early and playing tennis in the park with my personal trainer, Jason O’Connor. Jason is an accomplished trainer with a background that spans boxing, martial arts and areobics. I had my trusted hand hed camera with me so I decided to ask him to share a few tips on exercise, keeping fit and healthy and being motivated – and for tips for exercising by yourself or for finding a personal trainer.
