We only keep data that is supplied to us on product purchase, email newsletter sign-up or service booking. As such we make all reasonable efforts to keep this information safe and we do not share this data with third parties.

1.12 Contracts for the supply of goods or services formed through our site or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our terms and conditions of supply.

Problems downloading or viewing our videos
Downloading: Downloading video online may take upwards of 10 minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection and computer. Please be patient and closing excess windows and files may help minimise problems or delays.
