As we head toward the last phase and last days of the year I want to invite you to pause, step back and reflect on your year.

It’s very easy to get caught up in the last minute rush, the Christmas preparation, the holiday season, the work and social parties, the shopping, the socialising – or just all of the demands and pressures of your day to day life that you don’t stop to appreciate, take the learning from and celebrate the year that’s about to end.

In the short 7 minute video above I’ll guide you from a short but rich review that will help you extract the juice, goodness and nourishment from your year whether it’s been a tough and turbulent one or if it’s been one that’s been a really positive and progressive one.

So grab a pen and paper – and perhaps your computer, diary or tablet – and perhaps a cup of tea and something to eat – and let’s begin:

  1. What have been your highlights this year a) personally b) professionally
  2. What’s gone well a) personally b) professionally
  3. What have been the challenges / setbacks a) personally b) professionally
  4. What has been your learning from all the above and how can you apply it to help you progress in 2016
  5. Now list 3 priorities for a) your person/home/social life …and  b) your professional life / career business

Now take a little time thinking about the tools, resources, support and people that you a) have and b) need to help you in the year ahead.

When we return at the start of the New Year in 2016 we can pick up on this and set some simple goals, priorities and a straightforward plan that will help you.

But before all that now is a time to relax and regroup. You can also catch my Relax, Celebrate & Relax FREE webinar over on Soul-Trader.biz either live or on playback.
