And often it’s only the loss, bereavement, separation, heart-aches, setback, bouts of ill health and so on that really wake up to appreciating it and living.
Join us for this special Evolved Heart Live Chat special where we will be joined by our special guest Kathy O’Hara. Kathy is an speaker, psychotherapist and author of A Grief Like No Other. Kathy lost a son to a violent murder changing her life overnight. Today Kathy’s work includes helping people overcome grief, trauma and to move forwards in their lives.
During our live chat we’ll be discussing how you don’t have to wait for ill health, loss, bereavement or a serious event to wake up to life and it’s magic and to live it to the full and Kathy will be sharing some of the steps, insight and experiences that she’s had and helped others with.
