I provide tailored services to meet your needs. This includes one-to-one coaching for Chief Executives through to team development workshops and programmes for departments/organisations facing change or seeking growth. Or in some cases I work with organisations on site for a half / a day a month. Coaching provides a safe, empowering space to help you develop the clarity, confidence, creativity and planning to perform at your best. My tailored skills/development seminars and workshops include: leadership skills, managing change, networking, influencing, life balance, career development, personal impact & branding, confidence, coaching / development. These services can be provided for those starting out, moving up around or indeed on in their life from your company. My recent work has included running Leadership Development  and Career Development programmes for the several NHS Trusts.
