1) What’s gone well and what have the highlights been for you a) personally b) professionally?

2) What have the challenges been and what has not gone well?

3) What can / should you learn from what’s gone well and what’s been a challenge …how can you apply the learning?

4) What are the 2-3 things that you need to priorities for the year ahead personally and professionally?

5) What help support, mindset and approach will you need and who can help you?

Between now and the end of the year gently give yourself credit for the journey you’ve been on this year and let the learning seep into your consciousness. Be sure to really celebrate the fact that you’ve had another year in life to enjoy – and be grateful to all the people you have in your life. Take time to really appreciate these things as you enjoy the festive break and to relax and regroup. Together all these things will help you be well placed for the year ahead
